Getting Started with AI Agent Hosting

Getting Started with AI Agent Hosting

To use your AI Agent Hosting with the selected add-ons as quickly as possible, a few final steps are required that we cannot perform – but of course we will support you with them.

Requirements for Setup

  1. You have ordered your HF3 AI Agent Hosting,
  2. you have received the confirmation email with the personal access data,
  3. and the desired add-ons were ordered.
Below we explain the steps for all available add-ons. Refer to your order to consider the points relevant to you.

Set up Add-ons

n8n
Before access to your n8n instance is available, the container must be started in the HF3 Hosting Control Panel.
Warning
For security reasons, we cannot perform this activation in advance, as unauthorized first access via your n8n URL could allow a third party to create an admin login. Therefore, it is important that registration on your n8n instance takes place immediately after the container starts.
  1. Log in with the received access data in the HF3 Hosting Control Panel .

  2. Select Containers in the left menu bar and click on Settings.
  3. In the Start/Stop menu item, you can start the container via the green Start Button in the n8n row.
  4. Now open your personal n8n URL and create the admin account.
Warning
Keep this access data in a safe place and never share it with third parties.
Supabase
With the following steps, you connect your local Supabase database to the n8n instance.
  1. Open your personal n8n URL and log in with the self-created access data .
  2. Click on Credentials and then on Create Credentials.
  3. Select the Supabase API.

  4. We recommend changing the names of the credentials for later differentiation. To do this, click on the title and add, for example, your organization.

Host: For the connection to your local Supabase instance, select http://kong:8000. For the connection to a Supabase database that is not hosted on the same hosting as your n8n instance, use the personal Supabase URL.

Service Role Key: you can find this in the access data we sent you after activating the AI Agent Hosting.

Click Save to test and save the credential at the same time.
  5. The green bar then confirms the successful connection and the credential is saved.
